How much will shipping cost?

Free for orders of £50 or over
£3.95 for orders under £50

£5 express 1 - 3 working days
£10 next working day (order by 12noon)

EUROPE
£10 standard 2 - 11 days

USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA
£30 express international 2 - 11 days 

Prices above do not include customs duty, local taxes, and handling charges. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard UK delivery takes 4-7 working days. There is the option to choose 1-2 days or Next Day Delivery.

International orders can take anything from 3-14 working days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Orders are shipped with DPD, Fedex or Royal Mail and a tracking link is sent at time of dispatch.

Returns and exchanges

Terms

Returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original condition.

Please send your items back to us at the address below. There is no need to send them via Special Delivery; simply obtain Proof of Posting from your post office.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel the order for you. Please email us requesting to cancel, and include your order number.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If the wrong product has been sent, firstly apologies, secondly please email us explaining what has happended and we will rectify straight away.
